Paleo Coconut Madeira Cake

Well this cake was a success in this Paleo household! Using coconut flour and a dash of DoTerra's Wild Orange essential oil - it didn't last the day!
​Gluten, grain and dairy free.

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup raw organic honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
pinch himalayan sea salt
10 drops Wild Orange essential oil or 1/2 teaspoon Orange extract

Preheat oven to 180C. Mix all wet ingredients together (I mix ingredients in a Thermomix until smooth but you can use a mixer. Add dry ingredients and mix again until smooth. Grease a loaf tin with coconut oil and line with baking paper to prevent sticking. Pour in batter and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Let it cool slightly before turning out onto a cake rack.
